Beginners start with part 1. Advanced students can join in with part 2 or part 3. The parts can be followed independently.
For each part, you’ll have access to all the tutorials for that part. Initially, you will work on each tutorial yourself. The online lessons—for help, support, and inspiration—are in the meditative embroidery category. I also work with a strip card, and you only pay when you actually attend.

The starter package includes 5 lessons, but you can purchase additional lessons as often as you like, for as long as you need them. The dates for the online meditative embroidery lessons can be found in the Agenda: https://annemiekoenen.com/en/agenda/

You can also work with individual tutorials, completely on your own.
Here are the links to the tutorials:

The tutorials will remain yours forever. You register in my digital learning environment and can log in again at any time with your username and password.

We work with a ring binder base with a hardboard plasticized cover, handmade with the knowledge of the printing company.

In addition to the paper pages to write or draw on, it offers the possibility to sew in 7 felted pages, which can then be worked on on both sides.

Participants starting with part 1, will receive this book for free.

For each part there is the possibility to obtain a participation certificate.

Part 1

We’ll felt a few pages and the cover. We’ll learn the first stitches and the basics of free-form embroidery on felt. This is a free-form embroidery course on our own handmade felt. The emphasis is on embroidery, but the felting itself is an enjoyable and complementary task.
We’ll start with basic embroidery knowledge and then work on line stitches, fill stitches, variations on familiar stitches, relief stitches, special stitches, and much more. The difficulty of the stitches will increase from easy to difficult. We’ll work with different materials and learn which material to use when.
We’ll work with color, design, and leather to hear the angels whispering in our ears.

Part 2

In this section, we’ll expand our embroidery knowledge and work in themes. This section includes four stitch lessons that expand on the series.
There are three themed lessons: Kyrgyzstani Embroidery, Appliqué, and Embroidered Stitches on Felt.

Part 3

In this third installment, we’ll explore new themes such as Embrodery d’Art Haute Couture, embroidery and photography, free-form embroidery with a sewing machine, and old techniques with a new twist.
All the work is also focused on embroidery on felt, which may be different from what’s typically used. In these introductions, we’ll work with the techniques I use with felt.
And we’ll continue to expand our knowledge of embroidery stitches.

If you want to pay in installments, you can do so, please email me.
