A great day, learned a lot, oh how patient you were. What energy, guidance for each participant, fantastic explanation.
The preparation was fun to do – a week of work, but how nice to do this technique together and get advice.
And the lesson was great!
Also the care and treats and soup, delicious!

This has given me deep respect for all the people who make the most beautiful things with this method.
