Filznetzwerk.de – Felto Filzwelt Soltau
This year, too, the Summer School of the German Felt Association was once again a great success! Many very satisfied people attended the various courses with fantastic results!
I am organizing this week on behalf of the Filznetzwerk, in very pleasant and close cooperation with Felto, felt museum in Soltau.
Here is a report on my own courses that I taught and one course in which I participated.

Course: Course: Hats with modists-precision or collar in 3-D
And Möbius because the waiting list was so long and embroidery is always allowed in my courses.
Under the expert guidance of Annemie, I was able to felt a hat to perfection. Annemie always had the right advice when I got stuck. I was able to get all the necessary materials from her that I didn’t have myself. In those two days, I learned so much!!!! about felting, felting techniques, tips, tricks, sewing, and embroidery – a true enrichment! And I also loved Annemie herself; she’s a very lovely person.
The course with Annemie was held in a relaxed atmosphere. Despite the participants’ various projects, there were very few waiting times. On the contrary, Annemie kept an eye on everyone and distributed the remaining tasks well. I was surprised that I managed to complete a collar and a Möbius scarf in just two days. Thank you and much praise for this course.
As a last-minute, substitute participant, I learned a lot. On the first day, I focused on embroidery: Kyrgyz tsjirasj stitch, monastery stitch – I was absolutely thrilled by the variety of traditional embroidery stitches, which Annemie explained so clearly.
The second day was dominated by the Möbius scarf and an arm ornament.
Two absolutely wonderful days.
There are many experts out there. But what made this course special was your way of teaching, being so practical and insightful. It was refreshing. I gained valuable insights from your teaching style. Thank you so much.

I gifted myself this course and enjoyed it to the fullest. Just a day for myself, in between all the organizing and teaching. The course was prepared with attention to detail, down to the last detail, which made it so easy for us to get so much done.
