Our vacation is coming to an end and so I actually like a week at it
memory book would have worked, it did not happen.
There are opportunities to work on a theme book in felt and paper under my direction. Let me know if you are interested.
Also on the agenda was the princess dress Mum made for Freya some 23 years ago, restoring and entertaining for Sophie.

The dress is still the original dress, the gold voile has been restored, and there was also a large hole in the sleeve.
Added is the unicorn appliqué, the pearl voile over the skirt and the train.
I always find it special when I have work with tools or materials in my hands, which she has also had in her hands. When I see the stitches she put there. Still working with her overlocker, her box of pins, which will surely last me the rest of my life.

Certain garments that Mom or I made for our children are now worn by the grandchildren.
I love to allow life to continue in this way.

Mom made the sweater Sophie wears, I made the sweater Odin wears.
I also like to let my golden hands, which I received from her, work, to continue to exist, in conjunction with her tools and materials.
Like the princess dress I made for Sophie’s fifth birthday, with her sewing machine, decorated with her pearls and decorative ribbons.

This is an in-between.
The cover is finished for the book and the next felted page is also embroidered.
As soon as the photos and texts are also updated, part 13 will come.
